Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within two hours of placing the order.

• If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email at info@redribbonbakery.com.

• Refunds for canceled orders will be processed directly to your original payment method.​

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
